Palau de la Virreina / Avinguda Roma

Buenas tardes,

Hoy os traigo dos apuntes de calle, realizados entre el día de ayer y hoy:

El primero es la fachada del Palau de la Virreina, un clásico de la arquitectura barcelonesa, donde podréis ver grandes exposiciones de arte. Ayer disfruté de la obra de la gran Sophie Calle; si vivís en Barcelona, o pasáis por la ciudad hasta el 7 de junio, podréis visitar la exposición "Sophie Calle: Modus Vivendi".

El segundo apunte de calle lo he realizado esta mañana al salir de la Oficina de Treball localizada en Carrer Mallorca. Al salir de la misma, he aprovechado el ticket del turno que me ha sido asignado para realizar un rápido apunte de calle de Avinguda Roma. A la izquierda sobresale el antiguo edificio Telefónica, reemplazado por el nuevo en Avinguda Diagonal, junto al Fórum.

Today, I post a pair of sketches realised the 12th and the 13th of this month:

The first one belongs to Palau de la Virreina, an old building of Barcelona, in Ramblas, and closed to Mercat de la Boquería. In La Virreina you can enjoy watching very interesting art exhibitions. Yesterday I went there to see a great one from the great artist Sophie Calle; if you live in Barcelona, or arrive t the city till 7th of june, you can visit the exhibition "Sophie Calle: Modus Vivendi".

The second sketch has been done in Carrer Mallorca - Avinguda Roma. I have taken the ticket from the Oficina de Treball, making a quick urban sketch of Avinguda Roma. On the left and the top of the image, it is seen the old building of Telefónica; nowadays is abandoned, the new one is in Avinguda Diagonal, next to the Fórum.
